Changing lives of businessmen one life at a time by:

1. The Movement Praying for the lost and for God’s working

   We recognize that ministry flows through spiritual leaders who are devoted to Christ and to prayer.

2. Men Trained to live among the lost and for every man to engage in the Timothy Process

   We seek to train all men in our movement to have basic skills for following our mission and vision.

3. Leaders Equipped to spiritually deepen themselves and their teams in Christ

   We aim to develop leaders into men who passionately follow Christ, serve others, and lead teams which expand God’s kingdom in the marketplace.

4. Teams Built to bear fruit by being highly relational and focused outward

   Teams are an indispensable form of ministry beyond individual relationships and will be how we leverage our influence.

5. Key Cities Developed that live our vision and multiply the movement to other metro areas

   We develop city ministries by assessing how they live out the vision, helping them build teamwork, and drafting a future plan. We intend to expand city ministries by helping our stronger cities reach other cities.
